  • Super-polymerisation of the muco-polysaccharides with an increase in viscosity of the basic extracellular space substance.
  • Increase in the triglyceride load on an adipocyte level with increased cellular volume.
  • Fibrinoid transformation of the fibrous structures that cause a loss of metabolic interchanges, slowing down microcirculation and venous ecstasy with oedema.
  • Inflammatory reaction which can result painful as a consequence of nerve ending compression. Formation of a compact and fibrous tissue with microcirculation alteration.
